Mike is a two-decade veteran of the IT, Healthcare IT and Financial Services industries. He began his career as a business consultant with Arthur Andersen and has since served in both consulting and industry leadership roles at companies such as Bridgestone Tire, empactHealth (GHx), and most recently Holland Square Group (ALKU) where he led as a company co-founder. Mike has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and has helped start two successful IT services companies. In recent years his focus has been on high-growth, services-oriented businesses with an outlook to continue building similar businesses and to help others do the same. He holds a BE in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Christherson is a returned Haitian American. He’s been making waves in the Haitian business ecosystem since 2016. Entrepreneurship is his passion equal to his ambition of improving the economic condition of his fellow Haitians. While in America, Christherson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Economics and International Affairs. He acquired a Master’s degree in Applied Economics as well. Both degrees were obtained from Florida State University. Christherson enjoyed a career in retail banking and business/data analytics in America. He brings to Saint Jean Capital a diverse set of entrepreneurship experience in Haiti, including media, staffing, outsourcing, real estate development, and export-focused distribution, that will be leveraged to expedite the firm's success.
Entrepreneurship has always been a lifelong pursuit for Selden. With over two decades spent in Financial Services, he has had the privilege of working for premiere institutions such as Charles Schwab and Accenture. More recently, he has been afforded the opportunity to nourish his small business passion with roles in the Private Equity space. Having progressed from Management Consulting, to Corporate Strategy, to Fin Tech, his strong Operational and Planning background have underscored his refined due diligence approach during multiple acquisition, integration, and divestiture projects. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Montana and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
A 20+ year veteran of the CPG arena, Caroline has spent decades indulging her passion for developing new brands, creating new products, and driving profitable volume growth. Having worked in both the public and private sector, she has worked for industry giants such as General Mills, E&J Gallo Winery and Pepsi Bottling Group. In addition to her background in Food & Beverage, she most recently served as a General Manager for a small, but rapidly growing import company that won QVC’s coveted Product Concept of the Year Award. She holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
