Local Engagement

COMMUNITY: To support our goal of providing greater employment within Haiti, we believe in being active participants in the communities in which we live and work. St. Jean Capital team members take on volunteer initiatives together in addition to their advisory and fundraising roles. With volunteer engagements that range from teaching a week-long bootcamp on How to Write a Business Plan, to coaching Principals on the fundamentals of networking and professional selling, our advisors give more than marketplace guidance-- they also serve as their team members' Executive Coaches. 

EDUCATION: Education is the keystone to a thriving society. To that end, St. Jean Capital is committed to building a pipeline of ethical business-minded people, who will continue to pursue their passion of starting and growing profitable businesses. It is our belief that the foundation of a prosperous country includes a strong and entrepreneurial business community! In conjunction with the IPEPH secondary school, we work to select and fund candidates for university scholarships that possesses leadership potential, a passion for business, and the inherent dedication to develop an active and prosperous business community in Haiti.
